30 Days of Conscious Painting and Presence

How often do you truly take time just for yourself?


This 30-day meditative-creative course is an invitation to return to yourself through a daily painting practice. Each day, we set aside 15 to 30 minutes to withdraw from the outside world and gently connect with ourselves – our thoughts, emotions, and the energy in our bodies.

We don’t learn “how to calm the mind.” We allow the act of painting to lead us into the present moment. The brush becomes meditation. The color becomes breath. The paper becomes a space where you can express yourself without rules or expectations.


How does the practice look?

  • Daily painting at your own pace (15–30 min)

  • No need to "know how to draw"

  • Letting the brush lead, without a plan or control

  • After painting, you can add lines, symbols, or a message to yourself

  • Observing thoughts, feelings, and energy – without judgment

We will be connected through a WhatsApp group, where you will receive a short inspiration every morning as a gentle reminder of the practice. By sharing our work, we support and follow each other's process.


Weekly Themes and Colors

Week 1 – Flow and Movement blue, turquoise, light blue (energy, flow, lines, rhythm)

Week 2 – Warmth and Radiance yellow, orange, amber (joy, light, inner sun)

Week 3 – Roots and Grounding brown, beige, green (stability, connection with self and Earth)

Week 4 – Dreams and Imagination purple, magenta, pink (intuition, inner world, fluidity)

What the Course Includes

  • Daily morning inspiration

  • A weekly meeting (online or in-person) for sharing and guided meditation

  • A set of materials for work (watercolors, fine black marker, 30 sheets of paper)

  • A safe and supportive community space
